Vaibhav is an award-winning UX Designer based in Hyderabad with over nine years of experience delivering complex B2C and B2B solutions. He has worked in both startup environments and multinational corporations and currently serves as a Senior UX Designer at ADP.

His portfolio includes collaborations with prominent brands such as Tekion, CloudPhysics (HP), Citrix, Surreal Tech, and ADP. Vaibhav combines his passion for art, engineering background, and professional design expertise to create impactful user experiences that enhance lives.

A significant part of his career was dedicated to Newton Classrooms, where he played a pivotal role in launching an online learning platform that served over 20,000 students. His artistic sensibility brings a unique empathy and visual creativity to his work, grounded in the belief that the best products strike a balance between practicality and aspiration.

In addition to his design work, Vaibhav mentors emerging professionals through ADPList and WE-Hub, a government initiative in Telangana. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, fitness, and exploring diverse culinary experiences.
